Our salon is designed to contain hair to the trimming and bathing areas so that living and play areas are hair free.
Our overall design is condusive for cleaning with:
- Fiberglass tubs
- ceramic, composite vinyl, and pergo, and concrete flooring.
- Marlyte bathroom wall coverings
- Stainless Steel modular cage bank systems
Air Filters are replaced weekly or bi-weekly depending on our work load.
We use aroma therapy scents for pleasant smells
We employ a full time animal care specialist- this is someone who is attending to our pets basic life and emotional needs as well as cleaning.
We have daily/ and weekly cleaning lists that are initialed by staff.
We wash and dry our towels in house. Dirty towels are never reused to another pet.
We have scheduled salon closings for deep cleaning.
We used filtered, softened water for cleaning supplies and shampoos and dips.
We have a sprayer shampoo system to eliminate messy bottles
We have a central vacuuming system that attaches to clippers and sucks the hair, dirt, and dander away to a canister that is cleaned daily when operated.
We have a back yard where we can take our pets so they can eliminate outside. (Some pets need to take their time)
