GroomingDales Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Fee Policies
At GroomingDales, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and grooming services for your pets while maintaining a schedule that respects everyone’s time. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following policies apply to all appointments:
1. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee per pet.
• All fees are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and must be paid in full before booking another appointment.
2. No-Show Policy
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full anticipated cost of the scheduled services.
• If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel on the day of the appointment, the full cost of the scheduled services will be charged.
• Repeat no-shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.
• All fees are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and must be paid in full before booking another appointment.
3. Late Arrival Policy
• Timeliness is key for a smooth grooming experience.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service.
• A $15 late fee may apply, and rescheduled appointments will be treated as a cancellation if they fall within the 24-hour window.
• All fees are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and must be paid in full before booking another appointment.
4. Pre-Payment Requirement for Repeat No-Shows
• Clients with repeated no-shows will be required to pre-pay for their services in full at the time of booking.
• Pre-payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• Failure to attend a prepaid appointment will result in forfeiture of the payment.
5. Deposit Policy for New Clients
• New clients must provide a $50 deposit per pet at the time of booking.
• The deposit is applied toward the cost of the scheduled service.
• Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or if the client is a no-show.
6. Appointment Timing & Scheduling
• Due to the nature of working with live animals, GroomingDales reserves the right to run behind schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments if necessary.
• Grooming pets safely requires patience, precision, and attention to detail, particularly when working with sharp instruments in a noisy environment.
• While we strive to honor all appointment times, unforeseen circumstances may arise that cause delays or the need to reschedule.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations as we prioritize the safety and comfort of every pet in our care.

Please Note: Unpaid fees will result in a hold on your account, and no future appointments can be scheduled until all outstanding balances are cleared.
